It has been awhile since I have posted an article, but this post has been worth waiting for.

As I approach the two-year anniversary of setting up Impactful Leadership, and having had the great privilege of working with over 60 CEOs, Founders and Co-Founders, it felt right to bring a colleague into the business.

It is interesting how life and fate evolve because I have literally known this person my whole life, as we met in kindergarten when we were 4 years old. Wayne Reuben has had a similar leadership journey to myself, having been a CEO and C-level leader for over 20 years across a range of industries, with the last 5 years in Singapore leading the APAC region for two global companies in the medical products space.

Wayne has recently stepped away from his CEO role and embarked on the journey of working with founders in the venture capital space, as one of his great skills throughout his career has been supporting and growing talent. What pleases me most about having Wayne come on board is not only that he has tremendous leadership experience but how his style, approach and industry experience will be very complementary to my own skills, which will enable Impactful Leadership to offer greater breadth and insights to our clients.
