Our approach

Every client's leadership journey is unique. At Impactful Leadership, we have a rigorous and disciplined process to identify the path that we undertake together and the optimum approach to deliver the program. The learning elements are flexible, enabling the discipline of big company practices, blended with the creative expression of a developing leader and organisation.

Personal and business growth objectives

We develop and document your personal growth objectives. These encompass professional and personal goals that create meaningful growth.

Impactful Leadership plan

Your Impactful Leadership plan defines areas for development to support your growth objectives. Together, we refine and validate your Impactful Leadership plan.

Nature and duration of program

Our programs are 6 to 12 months. We do live one-on-one sessions each month. We kick off 30 and 60 minute sessions, depending on what we are working on.

Leadership team involvement

As Impactful Leadership includes working with your direct reports and Impactful Leadership has a range of workshops to assist, a sequential and process-approach is necessary to implement progress for the wider leader.

We'll work together to evaluate where you are on your path to Impactful Leadership, and determine your specific requirements. This includes:

  • Initial consultation (face to face or online)
  • Follow-up Impactful Leadership survey focusing on competencies
  • Interview of 3 to 5 stakeholders to obtain further insight into your leadership
