Dane Hudson is a seasoned international leader who provides coaching, mentoring and advisory services to CEOs, Founders and C-level leaders through his company, Impactful Leadership. Since late 2020, he has mentored and advised over 40 Founders / CEOs leaders of start-ups and SMEs in South-East Asia, and CEOs of significant businesses with revenues between US$150m and US$3b. Over 460 C-level and high-potential leaders also trained in Impactful Leadership content.  The companies supported are in a wide range of industries such as deep technology solutions, quick service restaurants, facilities, resources, health and wellness, renewable energy, agriculture and aquaculture, fintech and mental health.

Prior to starting Impactful Leadership, he demonstrated breadth, agility and diverse skills having driven major strategic shifts, operational turnarounds, leadership team restructuring and led mergers, acquisitions and divestments.  He has also experienced and led teams through a comprehensive range of crises that occur in international businesses.

His love of learning, incessant curiosity and 6 years as a consultant, 10 years as a CFO and 22 years as a corporate CEO have culminated in the development of an exhaustive leadership framework.  Dane launched Impactful Leadership in 2020. His model centres on the three key pillars a leader must master to build and leave a lasting impact. Being disciplined, mastering how to drive change and being a hands on and practical operator.   Dane has developed this comprehensive methodology that uniquely includes frameworks, templates and systematised structure that frees the leader to concentrate on their own personal style and lead with impact.

In his career, Dane has held a range of key executive roles including Senior Vice President and Chief of Finance and Development for Yum Restaurants International (NYSE listed owners of KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut), CEO of ASX listed Australian Vintage (one of Australia’s largest wine companies) and Regional CEO of ISS Asia Pacific (one of the world’s largest facility services providers) with responsibility for over 200,000 employees across Asia.

Dane has been married for more than thirty-five years and has three daughters, well progressed in building their own successful careers while achieving balanced lives. 

Dane holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Sydney University and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. He has completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford Business School, is a certified director from the Australian Institute of Directors (GAIDC), is a certified Management Consultant (PMC) in Singapore, is a certified Everything DiSC Facilitator, has a post-graduate diploma, is an accredited executive coach from the Hult Ashridge executive education school, UK, and in October 2022 was recognised by the global coaching organisation, EMCC, as a Senior Practitioner, one of the highest coaching levels achievable. Finally, Dane is a graduate of the Hoffman Process and a +20 year member of the global CEO organisation, YPO.

Wayne Reuben is a highly experienced international leader who provides coaching, mentoring and advisory services to Founders and C-level leaders through Impactful Leadership. Wayne is an accomplished CEO with decades of senior leadership experience focused in APAC and Australia. His experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare, FMCG and financial services. His business success is largely attributable to his leadership style which is deeply talent-centric.

Prior to joining Impactful Leadership, Wayne spent 25+ years in senior leadership roles, culminating with two assignments as CEO for the APAC region in public MNCs with healthcare focus. He has lead teams of up to 600 direct employees, and revenues of up to US$550m. Businesses under Wayne’s leadership have delivered exceptionally strong returns with fast revenue growth and market share gains. He has successfully led major strategic change initiatives driving both revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Wayne has deep experience throughout the APAC region, having been in APAC leadership roles since 2006. He has lived and worked in both China and Singapore, and now operates from Singapore and Sydney. He has had significant exposure to the Boards of public MNCs as well as carrying responsibility as a member of Global Leadership Teams.

Wayne’s approach is highly talent-centric, utilising coaching principles to drive the accelerated development of exceptional talents in critical senior roles. When Wayne decided to exit the corporate world in 2022, it created the opportunity for him to join Impactful Leadership and devote himself to sharing his knowledge and skills as a full time executive coach and mentor.

Wayne is qualified in both Law and Marketing from UNSW. He has previously founded and ran his own advanced training business, during which he delivered comprehensive leadership programs to a multitude of large and diverse businesses in both Australia and Asia including National Australia Bank, Sanofi and Schering-Plough. He has been married for 30+ years and has 3 adult children. He is an avid world adventure traveller, marathon runner (10 completed marathons) and has studied and performed in improvised theatre.

Paul spent almost 20 years in the Arabian Gulf and Australasia in the food industry, professional service and NGO sectors in financial and regional leadership.  For the past 14 years, he has worked as a coach, mentor and facilitator operating in a broad spectrum of sectors including government, healthcare, aerospace, oil & gas, utilities, telecoms, media & technology.

His deep experience throughout the Middle East region with exposure in Europe and Africa equips him well to work in leadership development and career transition in both large multi-nationals , regional corporations and individual engagements.  He has lived/worked predominantly in cities in Australasia, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and now operates from Dubai and Melbourne.

Paul’s career began  in private accounting practices before moving into the corporate setting with Fonterra. During the 2000s, he went through career shifts that involved IT systems implementation and client facing pre-sales and eventually coaching. During his initial coaching days, he held a number of holding voluntary leadership and board positions. His last leadership position was an interim GM posting for a start-up company during COVID. When Paul decided move his family  to Australia in 2023, it created the opportunity for him to join the Impactful Leadership team.

Paul holds a business degree from Massey University and Chartered Accountant designation with the CAANZ (1995-2023). He’s been married for 23 years and has 4 adult/teenage children.   He’s an avid student of the human condition, loves  Liverpool Football Club, the All Blacks and the wadis & deserts of Arabia and the great outdoors of New Zealand.
