I have a few exciting announcements to make.  Firstly, in the next few weeks I will launch “Impactful Chat” which contains all of the 1,000 pages of the Impactful Leadership framework, and over 300 pages of book summaries (I am a little strange as I have personally summarised every business book that I have read 😊).  This chatbot can be used:

But for now, I wanted to announce a program to bring more coaches into the Impactful Leadership coaching community.

Impactful Leadership has been immensely successful in coaching and training around 750 leaders across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. A significant part of this success is due to the comprehensive framework — over 1000 pages of proven leadership content — covering my identified three core pillars of leadership: Disciplined Leader, Change Agent, and Hands-on Operator.

Due to the strong reputation, built upon the effectiveness of the framework, many coaches have approached me, particularly over the last 6 months, to become Impactful Leadership coaches. Why? Because very few coaches have access to a structured, proven framework.
