Our approach

Every client’s leadership journey is unique. At Impactful Leadership, we have a rigorous and disciplined process to identify the path that we undertake together and the optimum approach to deliver the program. The learning elements are flexible, enabling the discipline of big company practices, blended with the creative expression of a developing leader and organisation.

Personal and business growth objectives

We develop and document your personal growth objectives. These encompass professional and personal goals to facilitate sustainable growth. This drives our plan together.

Impactful Leadership plan

Your Impactful Leadership plan defines areas for development to support your growth objectives. Together, we refine and validate your Impactful Leadership plan. Then we focus on implementation, taking care to evolve and update over time.

Nature and duration of program

Our programs are for 6 or 12 months. We aim for two sessions each month. We blend 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions, depending on what we are working on. These are a combination of face-to-face or online.

Leadership team involvement

The 12 month program uniquely includes working with your direct reports as well. Impactful Leadership has a range of workshops that assist the leader in strategy evaluation, organisational reviews, people planning and culture enhancement. Tailored programs can be also created.

Our commitment

The Impactful Leadership team is available any time for “on-the-run” discussions or reviews of urgent issues.

Where do we start?

We’ll work together to evaluate where you are on your path to impactful leadership, and determine your specific requirements. This includes:

  1. Initial consultation (face to face or online)
  2. Unique Impactful Leadership survey focusing on competencies 
  3. Interview of 3 to 5 stakeholders to obtain further insight into your leadership
