Personally, I’m excited about what’s ahead as I continue mentoring inspiring leaders and work towards finalising and publishing my first book, Discipline Beats Vision, to be released on 29 April.

Over recent posts, I’ve shared the core idea behind the book: vision inspires—but great leaders must demonstrate disciplined leadership behaviours to align teams and drive change.
